Each year millions of pounds are spent by apparel companies producing vast quantities of garment samples.

The 'Virtual Garment' service offers Garment Designers, Buyers, Selectors and Manufacturers an exciting and innovative way of working to replace the traditional but time consuming and costly method of producing garment samples.

Clients who use our bureau service include UK retailers Marks & Spencer and Tesco, the global sportswear company NIKE, garment retailers in the USA, together with garment manufacturers such as Delta Galil.

Using extensive colour knowledge & expertise gained working in the UK apparel industry; the company developed their own innovative colour accurate digital garment printing service - 'Colourmaster® Virtual Garments' - which can be produced from a "Donor" garment, at a fraction of the true cost of producing real garment samples.

Virtual Garments are...

  • Life-Size
  • Realistic
  • Colour Accurate
  • Paper Printed Images

'Virtual Garments' go beyond anything offered by CAD software and produce digital printed images that to the human eye are so realistic even professional buyers frequently mistake them for real garments, the use of which offers a significant contribution to cost reduction throughout the apparel supply chain.

The process allows images to be recoloured for an entire colour range and our 'Garment Mapping' process enables stripes & all-over printed patterns to be 'absorbed' into the textured of an image of a plain garment with incredibly realistic results. Artwork and other embellishment can be embedded into the images and we offer a redesign service if elements of the 'donor' garment require amendments.

Three correlated and parallel services; Re-Coloration, Garment Mapping, and our service for Artwork & Design Alterations, easily accommodate the needs of many apparel product types.
