Using expertise gained, initially in the textile & fashion industry, working to the exacting standards of leading UK and global retailers, the talented, resourceful and committed team at ColourMaster Images have embraced new creative applications for technology in the areas of digital enhancement and colour accurate printing.

Our innovative ‘Virtual Garment’ product received industry recognition when, in 2004, the product was named as one of the five finalists in the prestigious global, Society of Dyers & Colourists, “Innovation in Colour” Award.

These ‘Virtual Garments', offered as a bureau service, are life-sized, realistic, colour accurate, printed images, which we believe go beyond anything offered by CAD applications.

Since starting the company in 2004 the client list for Virtual Garments and other colour services, includes UK retailers Marks & Spencer, Tesco, Per Una and The Limited Collection, the global sportswear company NIKE, Victoria’s Secret in the USA, together with garment manufacturers both in the UK and the Far East.

Our Fine Art Giclée Printing service primarily at Professional Photographers; our clients include Clive Nichols, six times winner of Garden Writer's Guild Annual Photography Awards and RHS Garden Photographer of the Year, for whom we produced Giclées of images from his book ‘New Shoots’.

In 2006 Colourmaster Images joined the VeriVide Group of companies. This not only involved a move to a new modern studio but also commenced an exciting partnership with two companies, VeriVide and DigiEye, with complementary services and areas of expertise, and who, like ColourMaster, are renowned for creativity and innovation.

VeriVide Ltd are a world leader in the design, development and manufacture of highly specialist viewing assessment equipment for all industries and have, for over 40 years, supplied equipment for colour viewing, measurement and control in the textile and fashion supply chain and more recently provided proofing equipment to the photography and printing world.

DigiEye is now an established leader in non-contact digital imaging for colour & appearance measurement. DigiEye’s unique controlled lighting environments allow samples of up to 1m2 to be imaged for re-colouration or colour measurement. This link-up augments the Colourmaster process and has the potential to increase the range of products that can be produced virtually by the ColourMaster team.
